Collaborative Learning
Collaborative learning is a new look at group learning that promotes both teamwork and individual growth, for students looking to learn a similar goal at a similar pace. At Emmersion, all of my courses are offered as either one on one instruction, or as collaborative learning opportunities, with up to four students per class. I also come to you with my own simple setup, wherever that may be, to make it easy for you stay working.
The Growth Mindset
Emmersion.ca is more than just lessons in coding and programming, or how to draft a spreadsheet. I'm an entrepreneur, with experience at launching multiple businesses, as well as some bonafide rescue operations to my name. What I'm really offering through Emmersion is coaching in a way of life that focuses on developing a growth mindset in your children, to help them develop the resilience to succeed!

Beginner Coding
Beginner Coding introduces students to coding and programming. It starts with HTML5 and CSS3, and prepares students for learning JavaScript at the advanced level.
Advanced Coding
Advanced Coding picks up from the beginner level, and moves students through more complex concepts, while introducing JavaScript, a popular programming language.
Creative Collaborations
Get into the writers groove with Creative Collaborations, a course designed to stay away from essay writing altogether, and instill the joy of writing in learners of all ages.
Essay Engineer
Essay Engineer is a writing course for developing voice and thoroughness of communication. The course looks at writing for a purpose to enhance student ability.
